Service Update: AWS Outage Impacting Freedom Bank Services

We want to make you aware that AWS is currently experiencing an outage in the US-EAST-1 region, which is impacting Freedom Bank internet and mobile services, including one-time password (OTP), the Credit Score and Positive Pay.

Not all users are affected, and many services remain functional; however, you or your users may experience slower load times or limited functionality in certain areas of the internet/mobile platform.

Our engineering team is closely monitoring the situation and working alongside AWS to mitigate any impact. We’ll continue to share updates as more information becomes available and as service performance improves.
