UP TO $20,000 AVAILABLE FOR A HOME PURCHASE
At Freedom Bank Mortgage, we are committed to supporting those who make their living serving others. As part of this commitment, we offer a unique financing opportunity of up to $20,000 towards a home purchase for qualified current or retired law enforcement, volunteer and career firefighters, educators, healthcare workers, and other first responders; veterans or active-duty members of the U.S. military or their surviving spouse.
Funding is available to qualified borrowers that meet product and income eligibility requirements, including first-time homebuyers or families and individuals that currently own a home or have previously owned a home.
IN ADDITION TO ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS, THE HOMEBUYER MUST:
Contribute at least $1,000 toward the purchase of the home
Occupy the home as a primary residence
Meet Income limits
For every Mortgage Loan that we close for a first responder, Freedom Bank will either provide a $500 lender credit toward closing costs, or the Freedom Bank Foundation will make a $500 donation to a non-profit serving the families of fallen firefighters, fallen law enforcement personnel, or to another non-profit organization designated by the borrower.
Workforce Housing Grant*
UP TO $15,000 AVAILABLE FOR A HOME PURCHASE
At Freedom Bank Mortgage, our focus is on providing affordable housing opportunities for members of the local community. We understand that finding the right financing plan is as important as finding a home that fits your lifestyle. Freedom Bank Mortgage can assist homebuyers in accessing up to $15,000 in grant funds through the Workforce Housing Plus+ Program. The Workforce Housing Grant was designed to help homebuyers combat rising home prices and inflation by providing down payment and closing cost assistance towards the purchase of a home.
The grant is open to first-time buyers, as well as non-first-time homebuyers. The home must be purchased as the primary residence. Grant funding is available on a first-come, first-served basis*.
TO QUALIFY THE HOMEBUYER MUST:
Contribute at least $1,000 toward the purchase of the home
Complete a pre-purchase financial literacy counseling session
Meet income and other eligibility requirements
