Community Reinvestment Act (CRA)

The Freedom Bank of Virginia is pleased to provide information regarding to the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA). Freedom Bank is happy to provide printed copies of these documents. To request printed copies of documents, please contact a Freedom Bank Representative for assistance.

Under the CRA, the following information must be maintained in a public file, current as of April 1 of each year.

• All public comments received for the current year and the prior two calendar years.

• A copy of the Public Evaluation of the bank’s most recent CRA Performance Evaluation.

• List of branch locations and hours of operation.

• Freedom Bank branches opened or closed during the prior two calendar years.

• A description of Freedom Bank’s Personal Products and Services and Business Products and Services.

• The Freedom Bank of Virginia’s Commercial and Consumer Fee Schedule.

• The Freedom Bank of Virginia’s quarterly loan to deposit ratio.

• The Freedom Bank of Virginia’s Assessment Areas.

• The Freedom Bank of Virginia’s Disclosure Statement and HMDA Disclosure Statement.
